Administrative Officer - Mkalles, Lebanon – AR 260210

An established stationery distributor serving corporate and retail customers through their own showroom and distribution operations is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk / Officer to join their team in Mkalles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling both administrative and customer-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate stock data in the inventory system

  • Provide customer support in the showroom and respond to inquiries by phone and email

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and promptly

  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, with attention to aging balances

  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including:

    • Creating product catalogues (PDF format) for newly received items

    • Uploading and organizing product photos

    • Preparing and updating customer price lists

  • Prepare VAT reports and organize relevant documentation to be sent to the external auditor

  • Support the team with other related duties as needed, based on management requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or clerical role

  • Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic graphic tools (for catalogues and image handling)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Familiarity with VAT preparation is an advantage

  • Fluent in Arabic; working knowledge of English or French is preferred

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
