We are seeking a Business Development Officer to drive the promotion of inspection, marine, supervision, and consumer products services in Dubai.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors in the UAE, with a strong focus on commodities inspection, marine services, supervision services, and consumer products services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including traders, shipping companies, port operators, manufacturers, and regulatory bodies within Dubai and the wider GCC region.

• Promote the company’s service portfolio through direct client engagement, presentations, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.

• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements aligned with client requirements and company standards.

• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service capabilities are clearly communicated and aligned with client expectations.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators set by management.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM systems.

• Monitor customer satisfaction, address client concerns proactively, and ensure high levels of service delivery.

• Stay updated on industry regulations, international standards, and best practices related to inspection, marine, and consumer product services.

• Represent the company professionally at industry forums, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings in Dubai and the region.
