A newly launching American-style bakery and coffee shop in Naccache is currently hiring a Cashier to join its front-of-house team. The concept will offer a premium selection of cheesecakes, cookies, and other American baked goods, alongside specialty coffee and beverages in a welcoming café atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and capable of ensuring smooth and professional point-of-sale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive and efficient checkout experience

• Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS system (cash, card, digital)

• Issue receipts, handle returns, and respond to basic customer inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area

• Assist in packaging take-away orders and coordinating with baristas/kitchen staff as needed

• Monitor stock levels for front-desk items (bags, napkins, packaging supplies) and report shortages

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier in a café, bakery, or retail environment is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a welcoming attitude

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Fluent in Arabic, with basic proficiency in English and/or French

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting

Work Conditions:
