A renowned chocolate factory specialized in crafting premium, handmade chocolates is looking for a passionate and creative Chocolatier / Chocolatière – Chocolate Maker to join its production team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from École Hôtelière, pastry arts, culinary arts, or hospitality programs who are eager to start their career in chocolate production and develop their technical skills in a professional environment.

No previous professional experience is required. Training will be provided for motivated candidates who are passionate about chocolate, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the chocolate production process and assist in creating high-quality products that meet the factory’s standards. Main duties include:

  • Preparing handmade chocolate products according to recipes, techniques, and quality standards.

  • Assisting in chocolate molding, filling, decorating, finishing, and presentation.

  • Ensuring consistency, quality, taste, and aesthetics across all chocolate products.

  • Following strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the production area.

  • Supporting the preparation of chocolate items for packaging, in-store displays, special orders, and seasonal collections.

  • Handling ingredients and raw materials with care and precision.

  • Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and informing management of inventory needs.

  • Assisting the team during peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, and special production periods.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

  • Learning and applying chocolate-making techniques under the guidance of experienced team members.

Candidate Profile

This position is suitable for candidates who are:

  • Fresh graduates from École Hôtelière, pastry arts, culinary arts, food production, or a related hospitality program.

  • Passionate about chocolate, pastry, handmade products, and creative food presentation.

  • Eager to learn and develop a career in chocolate making.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and attentive to product quality and visual presentation.

  • Able to follow recipes, instructions, hygiene rules, and production standards.

  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to work as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a production environment.

  • Flexible to work during holidays, peak seasons, and high-demand periods when required.

  • Preferably living in or near Bikfaya.

Qualifications

  • No previous experience is required.

  • Training will be provided for passionate beginners.

  • A diploma, certification, or studies in hospitality, pastry arts, culinary arts, chocolate-making, or food production is a strong plus.

  • Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and precision are essential.

  • Creativity and interest in experimenting with flavors, textures, and designs are highly valued.
