We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Event Manager to join a renowned boutique chocolate shop in Bikfaya. If you're someone who lives for creativity, loves crafting unforgettable moments, and knows how to turn events into business opportunities, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing

This role is all about turning chocolate into experiences. You’ll take the lead on organizing events in and around the shop, from cozy tastings and themed celebrations to private functions. Your job is to not only create beautiful, on-brand experiences but also to attract new leads and drive sales through your events.

Some of what you’ll be owning:

• Planning and executing events that align with the shop brand and seasonal moments

• Creating unique themes that delight customers and spark word-of-mouth

• Partnering with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance

• Building relationships with clients and collaborators to generate new business

• Tracking performance and helping hit monthly sales goals

You’re probably a match if you have

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, retail activations or hospitality

• A passion for aesthetics, storytelling, and customer experience

• A creative mind and eye for detail (yes, we care about color palettes and moodboards!)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A goal-oriented mindset: enthusiastic about turning great ideas into results
