In July 2025, we organized an Open House Recruitment Event to support the launch of a new American-style bakery and coffee shop opening in Metn. The event aimed to recruit passionate and skilled professionals ahead of the grand opening. Through the open recruitment format, candidates had the opportunity to connect directly with the management team, explore the brand’s vision, and apply for key roles including Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Barista, Cashier, and Waitstaff. The event attracted strong interest from local talent and led to the successful hiring of a dedicated team poised to bring the bakery’s concept to life.
