Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing to join our client’s expanding sales team. The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling high-quality medical and surgical supplies and devices.

Key Responsibilities

·        Promote and sell a range of medical and surgical products to healthcare institutions and professionals

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

·        Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations

·        Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

·        Remain up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and manufacturer certifications

·        Participate in medical conferences, local events, and product trainings

·        Coordinate closely with internal teams and international suppliers or partners

·        Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and client feedback

Qualifications and Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (mandatory)

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role (experience in nursing is a plus)

·        Strong knowledge of nursing and medical sciences

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities

·        Proven sales and customer service skills

·        Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively

·        Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mandatory)

·        Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus
