We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Financial Manager. This role is based in Beirut and will oversee financial operations across the MENA region, Europe, and East Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the financial planning and budgeting process across regional operations.

·        Prepare and oversee consolidated financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with international accounting standards.

·        Advise the CEO on financial strategy, business risks, and opportunities.

·        Ensure rigorous financial controls and compliance with all regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational efficiency.

·        Manage audits, tax planning, and statutory reporting requirements across regions.

·        Drive financial analysis for investment decisions and operational improvements.

·        Support M&A due diligence and integration when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·        Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.

·        A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational or multi-regional setting.

·        Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

·        Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and compliance oversight.

·        Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.

·        Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

·        Must be based in Beirut or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role.
