A prominent provider of independent testing, inspection, and verification services, is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager. The company functions as a trusted and neutral third party among contractual entities and is looking to strengthen their regional presence by appointing a strategic marketing leader to oversee and drive initiatives across MENA, Europe, and East Africa.
Position Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing all regional marketing and branding initiatives. Based in Beirut, this position requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in regional campaign development, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives.
Lead branding efforts to ensure consistent corporate identity across all markets in MENA, Europe, and East Africa.
Manage and coordinate regional marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and content strategy.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee external communications, public relations activities, and media outreach across target regions.
Collaborate with local country teams and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and performance.
Monitor and optimize marketing ROI, budgets, and KPIs at a regional level.
Represent the marketing function in regional leadership discussions and strategic planning.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a regional or international role.
Demonstrated expertise in marketing within the professional services, quality assurance, or industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an asset.
Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is highly advantageous.
Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to travel across the MENA region, Europe, and East Africa as required.
