Your Role:

• Welcome and assist customers with their purchases.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to provide the best recommendations.

• Manage checkout operations at the register.

• Support online order processing, upselling, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preference for candidates residing in or near Dekwaneh.

• Good command of English and/or French.
