A chocolate store located in Dekwaneh is looking for a friendly, presentable, and motivated Sales Associate to join its team.

This is a full-time position on a shift basis, ideal for a candidate who enjoys customer interaction, has a passion for sales, and is eager to work in a pleasant retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily store operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Main duties include:

• Welcoming customers professionally and assisting them with their purchases.

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable chocolate products, gift boxes, and special selections.

• Maintaining good product knowledge in order to provide helpful and accurate recommendations.

• Handling checkout operations, cash register transactions, billing, and payment processing.

• Supporting upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

• Assisting with online order preparation, coordination, and follow-up when required.

• Ensuring shelves, displays, and product areas are clean, attractive, and well-stocked.

• Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the store.

• Monitoring product availability and informing the team when replenishment is needed.

• Handling customer inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and positive manner.

• Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts.

 Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.

• Good command of English and/or French.

• Ability to work full-time on a shift basis.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.

• Attention to detail, especially when handling orders, payments, and product displays.

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Dekwaneh.
