Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (Ref: ARMHS 252210)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a distinguished hotel located in North Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in positioning the property as a premier destination for leisure, corporate, group, and F&B clientele. This strategic role is essential for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand visibility, and cultivating high-value partnerships that support the hotel's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing strategies across leisure, corporate, group, and F&B segments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and international tour operators.
Lead revenue management initiatives in coordination with the executive team, implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and ensure brand alignment across all channels.
Promote the hotel as a premier venue for weddings, corporate retreats, and high-end private events.
Collaborate closely with reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and flawless execution of services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably within a luxury or resort environment.
Strong professional network within the travel and tourism industry, especially travel agencies and tour operators.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, event sales, and F&B promotion strategies.
Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in remote or seasonal destinations, with a proactive and adaptable approach to market challenges.
