Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager (Ref: ARMHS 252210)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a distinguished hotel located in North Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in positioning the property as a premier destination for leisure, corporate, group, and F&B clientele. This strategic role is essential for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand visibility, and cultivating high-value partnerships that support the hotel's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing strategies across leisure, corporate, group, and F&B segments.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and international tour operators.

  • Lead revenue management initiatives in coordination with the executive team, implementing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and ensure brand alignment across all channels.

  • Promote the hotel as a premier venue for weddings, corporate retreats, and high-end private events.

  • Collaborate closely with reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and flawless execution of services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably within a luxury or resort environment.

  • Strong professional network within the travel and tourism industry, especially travel agencies and tour operators.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, event sales, and F&B promotion strategies.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is considered an advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in remote or seasonal destinations, with a proactive and adaptable approach to market challenges.
