Secretary / Receptionist, Hamra - Beirut (Ref: ARTTS 251807)

A reputable company operating in the professional cleaning equipment and products sector is seeking a qualified Secretary / Receptionist to join its administrative team in Hamra, Beirut. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.

  • Manage daily correspondence including emails, letters, and packages.

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Support the administrative team and coordinate with various departments.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a TS degree or University degree in a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role.

  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (verbal and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Presentable, courteous, and maintains excellent personal hygiene and professional demeanor

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
