Secretary / Receptionist, Hamra - Beirut (Ref: ARTTS 251807)
A reputable company operating in the professional cleaning equipment and products sector is seeking a qualified Secretary / Receptionist to join its administrative team in Hamra, Beirut. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Manage daily correspondence including emails, letters, and packages.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Support the administrative team and coordinate with various departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a TS degree or University degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Presentable, courteous, and maintains excellent personal hygiene and professional demeanor
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
